An Independent Holiday
Day 1:
Arrive, transfer to the beautiful Finca Rosa Blanca Country Inn, nestled in the hills of Heredia. The suite at Finca Rosa Blanca with its spectacular bathroom is complete with a mini waterfall. It is the ideal place to spend your first evening in Costa Rica. Dinner and Overnight at Finca Rosa Blanca. (D)
Day 2:
This morning, breakfast in your suite and lounge around enjoying the luxurious setting. Your rental car will be delivered to the Finca Rosa Blanca. Depart for the Pacific coast, arriving at the mountain hotel Villas Caletas with its spectacular 280 degree view of the ocean. The private individual bungalows are beautifully decorated and the cliff side swimming pool make this a truly unique setting. Dine in the elegant restaurant which also
offers an incredible view of twinkling lights off in the distance. (BD)
Day 3:
Enjoy the day at Villas Caletas, relaxing by the pool or perhaps you might like to drive down the mountain to the beach. The hotel can arrange for horses for a ride along the beach. (BLD)
Day 4:
Breakfast served on your own terrace overlooking the ocean. Depart for Manual Antonio arriving late afternoon at the exquisite hotel Makanda by the Sea. This remarkable hotel is perched high on the cliffs, in a fabulous jungle setting, overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. (B)
Day 5/6:
Days free to enjoy the beach, visit Manuel Antonio National Park or enjoy the facilities of Makanda by the Sea. (B)
Day 7:
Drop off your rental car at the Quepos airport and depart by scheduled air to San Jose. Upon arrival you will be picked up and transferred to Hotel Alta for overnight.
Day 8:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight home. Check in must be 2 hours prior to flight time.
