La Casa Verde, "The Green House" is the restored family mansion of Don Carlos Saboria, a famous and influential figure in Costa Rica’s history. It currently serves as a Deluxe Victorian Inn with 3 suites and 5 deluxe rooms. The Inn is located in the downtown area of San Jose within easy walking distance to all cultural and historic area if interest such as the National Zoo, Jade Museum, Central Avenue, and the National Theater. All the rooms are exquisitely decorated, some have king size beds.

The Victorian Lounge is unique in its setting with a 27’ high skylight where guests can gather to socialize, read, or perhaps play the 100 year old grand piano. The garden patios provide a restful and sunny place to enjoy a Costa Rican breakfast. There is also a private sauna where guests can unwind after travel or a day exploring the city or national parks.
