We enjoyed every moment. The guides and drivers were great, as were the accomodations. Capitan Suizo was perfect for us. We were glad to be on the beach and the bunglaws were just right - although we could have used a bit of AC a couple of nights. We loved Lapa Rios and even took surfing lessons. Everyone was most accomodating to Fia's special needs. Every flight was on time as was every driver. What more could you ask for?

The only place that was a bit under par was the Tabacon. Not in terms of the spa which was great, but the food was really bad and the rooms were rather ordinary. Maybe a better ideas would be to use the facilities but stay somewhere nearby.

The other suggestion the I can make is that the travel agency get a better 4 wheel vehicle to navigate those roads to and from Monteverde. They had a minivan and the driver had a hard time with it.

But all in all you certainly did a great job and we will defintely plan another trip and will recommend your agency to anyone who asks us. Thanks for everything!!!

By the way does your agency do anything with Thailand? We may be going in late December or early Januar.
